“When Columbus, Ohio-based “Banner Metals Group” came under new ownership, the owners wanted everyone to know the direction they intended to take their company and how they planned to get there. After discussing these ideas with the new management team and getting input from various employees, I enabled the owners to develop Vision, Mission and Values Statements to use as a management tool which would help them guide all of the operations of the company.”

“Columbus, Ohio-based “Cleanroom Design LLC” came to me as a new start-up company having several great ideas to begin developing their business. After several discussions about many topics, we decided to create SMART goals and focus on the most urgent concerns getting in the way of blocking those goals. Once we determined what was most important to the owners, I started them working on action plans to eliminate their roadblocks.”
